Accessibility Statement

Comfort Footworks wants everyone to be able to shop for shoes and orthotics with us, online and in our Matthews, NC store. We are working to make comfortfootworks.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

Test the site with automated accessibility tools and by hand, including keyboard-only navigation and screen readers.
Write text descriptions for product and page images.
Check color contrast, form labels, headings, and focus states when we add or change pages.
Review the site again after new features or apps are added.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties, including Shopify checkout, payment providers, email sign-up forms, and embedded reviews. We work with these providers but don't control their code. If something we link to isn't accessible to you, tell us and we'll help another way.
