Details
Orthofeet Siron, a men's casual slip-on in stretch fabric and leather with Orthofeet's hands-free heel. Step on the back, it gives, then springs back around the heel. No laces at all. It is the shoe for a bunion or hammertoe that a leather upper would rub.
The upper is water-repellent and stretches over the forefoot, so pressure spots ease instead of getting worse through the day. Ortho-Cushion sole with a mild rocker, removable orthotic insole, extra-depth last, padded interior. Takes a custom orthotic.
Medium, Wide or X-Wide? Because the upper stretches, Medium (D) works if your regular shoes fit across the ball of the foot. Wide (2E) if you size up for room or have a sore bunion. X-Wide (4E) for a bulky orthotic, swelling, or extra-depth. Second opinion, (704) 846-0301.
